COVA AI Water-Cooling Fan Cushion – Precautions
  • Do not use this product for purposes other than its intended use.
  • For children using medical devices or those being treated for illnesses such as colds, consult a physician before use. If you feel unwell during use, discontinue use immediately.
  • The product must be securely fastened with the provided straps or hooks. Ensure it is firmly attached and will not shift during use.
  • Do not use this product in water or damp environments to avoid short circuits or other malfunctions.
  • The main fan unit contains a long black mesh filter designed to prevent foreign objects from falling into the unit. Do not remove it during normal use. The filter is washable; after washing, allow it to dry completely in sunlight before reuse.
  • If liquid enters the fan unit, allow the device to dry thoroughly before use to prevent liquid-related damage or malfunction.
  • Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause fading or leave indentations due to high temperatures.
  • Contact with bleach, fabric deodorizers, wax, acetone, or similar substances may damage the fabric surface.
  • Dark-colored foods (e.g., soy-based products, coffee) or dark-colored clothing (e.g., denim) may stain the cushion cover.
  • Depending on usage conditions and duration, deformation, fading, or loosening of the fabric may occur.
  • Before disassembling the fan, be sure to turn off the power and wait for the fan to come to a complete stop (at least 10 seconds after powering off).
  • Keep all small disassembled parts out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion.
  • Before washing the cushion, remove the water tanks on both sides and the fan unit. Then, remove the main fan unit from the bottom, unfasten the hook-and-loop fasteners on both sides, and take out the power cord. Place the cushion cover in a laundry bag before machine washing.
  • This product contains electrical wiring. Store the cord properly to prevent the risk of strangulation to children.
  • When using a power bank, ensure its output is DC 5V/3A or higher. (Using a charger with DC 5V/3A or lower may damage the product battery.)
  • When using a power bank, take care to avoid splashing or spilling water onto the power source to prevent short circuits, battery overheating, or even explosion.
  • If you notice abnormal heating, odors, unusual noise, or other irregularities, stop using the product immediately and disconnect the power.
  • When adding water to the side fan water tanks, do not exceed the maximum water level line to prevent overflow.
  • Do not allow children to handle the fan components alone, and prevent fingers or foreign objects from entering the fan blades to avoid injury.
  • The fan is covered by a one-year warranty; the cushion cover is not covered under warranty.
