Babyletto series products are shipped directly by the brand. Please take note of the following before placing your order:
1. Delivery Service: Shipment will be arranged via SF Express.
2. Installation Service: Not available.
3. Remote Area Surcharge: For deliveries to remote areas, an additional surcharge will be collected in CASH by the SF Express courier upon arrival. (Please refer to the official SF Express website for more details.)
4. SF Express Carry-In Service: This service does not include carrying items into any indoor areas or up/down staircases within the premises. And SF Express staff will not be permitted to enter any part of the premises.
5. SF Express Stairway Delivery Service: Should the delivery location involve up/down stair access, an additional stairway service fee will apply. Kindly be aware that this charge does not include any internal staircases within the unit. For further information, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department promptly.
