We are reaching out to inform you about animportant safety matter regarding your purchase of the Joolz Aer2 Car SeatAdapter Set.
At Joolz, the safety and wellbeing ofchildren and parents is our highest priority. As part of this commitment, Joolzdecided to recall all Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter Sets.
The Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter Set startswith serial number NL311- (as is shown on the picture below). These were soldbetween June 2025 and May 2026.
What we ask you to do:
immediately stop using the Joolz Aer2 CarSeat Adapter Set . This applies in all situations, even if you believe theJoolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter Set is properly attached to the Joolz Aer2stroller. The Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter may appear secure but could still beincorrectly locked (a “false lock”).
This recall only affects the Joolz Aer2 CarSeat Adapter Set. The Joolz Aer2 stroller itself is not affected by this recalland may continue to be used safely without the Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter Set.
We offer a refund to customers who havepurchased a Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter Set.
We will provide you with more informationon how to apply for a refund and when a revised version of the Joolz Aer2 CarSeat Adapter Set will become available within the next week.
In the meantime, please keep your JoolzAer2 Car Seat Adapter Set, as we may ask you to return it to us in order toprocess your refund.
