Register as a Jakewell online store member for free. Members can view or modify personal information, send messages, check orders and track products in the "Account" at any time, making your shopping experience more convenient and smooth. Click the "Sign Up" button on the top left of the page to register for free (you can register directly / register by logging in to Facebook).
Online Shopping Guideline
1. Visit our online stores and register as our member.
2. Select your goods (Feel free to WhatsApp our CS team for any enquiries: 66889320)
3. Pick your goods and add into the cart.
4. Click "Shopping Cart" to process the checkout if you finished your purchase.
5. Make sure your goods/quantity is correct before purchase.
6. Select the delivery and payment methods, and click "Proceed to Checkout".
7. Enter customer, delivery and payment information, and you can also leave the order remark to us.
8. Please make sure your information is correct, and click "Place Order" and enter the payment page.
9. Confirm order and complete the payment.
10. Completed! You will receive the confirmation email and WhatsApp order status update notification when we confirmed the order.

Homepage － Check out our hero products and brand, and our brand new items!
「Categories by products」 － Including baby cots, strollers, high chair, sleeping, toiletries, cutlery, toys and so on, click the categories and check this out!
「Categories by brands」 － Including Stokke®, Candide, Micuna, Farska, Doona and so on, click the categories and check this out!
「Search」 － You can search the items by name, brand, keywords or item no. in "search products".
Select your goods!
The "shopping cart" at the top right of the page will display the product quantity and amount in real-time.
You can modify the number of products in the "shopping cart".
Email / Whatsapp Notification - Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email and a WhatsApp notification when the order has been confirmed, which will contain your order details.
If you check out as a member, you can also click "Account> Order" to view your order details.
Email / Whatsapp Notification - The goods have been posted!
We will notify you by Email and Whatsapp when the goods have been posted.
It contains the waybill no. and the tracking link, you may check the delivery status at any time.
Delivery Methods
- For Hong Kong orders, free delivery if purchase HKD$599 or above (additional charge for specific products and Outlying Islands or installation).
- Please note that the courier will notify you by call before delivery. If the call cannot be reached, it may cause delivery delay.
- For baby cot or furniture, our cs team will contact you within 1-2 working days about the delivery.
