With Fissler's Adamant pans, scratches are a thing of the past. The secret? The extremely robust seal layer. This layer contains silicon carbide and these particles form a new, rock-hard surface structure that can even withstand the use of metal kitchen utensils. The particularly scratch-resistant Adamant® coating has a very good non-stick effect and is suitable for crispy searing and also for gentle cooking of everything that sticks quickly. The smooth surface also makes cleaning very easy.
Adamant saucepans are equipped with the renowned Cookstar base. This thick, forged base ensures superior heat conduction, allowing the pans to heat up very quickly and evenly. The heat is optimally distributed and retained for a long time for energy-efficient and sustainable cooking. The Cookstar base can be used on all heat sources and is specially designed for efficient use on induction.
The Fissler Adamant® collection, sustainably made from up to 60% recycled aluminium, is a versatile all-rounder for everyday use in the kitchen. This cooking pan has a diameter of 18cm and a capacity of 2L. The pan has a glass lid.
