1. 得獎者會於 13/2/2025公佈。

2. 參加者必須以個人名義參與。

    Applicants are required to participate in person only.

3. Facebook及Instagram合計得獎者名額共10位。

    There are total (Facebook and Instagram) 10 winners in this giveaway.

4. 每位參加者只限參與一次。重複投稿將被視為單一投稿。

    Participants are allowed to participate in this event once only. Duplicated applications will be considered as single application.

5. 使用不乎合大會要求之照片將被取消資格。

     Participants who use photo that do not meet the requirements will be disqualified.

6. 禮物均不得更換，退回或兌換現金。

    The gift is neither returnable nor refundable in cash.

7. 領獎名額不得轉讓。

    Rewarded quota is non-transferable.

8. 得獎者必須在2024年11月16日上午11時至下午3時之間，帶同投稿相片中之YOYO 嬰兒車以及得獎訊息前往Jakewell 大圍門市自取獎品。若得獎者未能前往Jakewell 大圍門市自取獎品，將失去得獎資格。

    The gift must receive by the participants himself in 16th November 11:00am. - 3:00pm at Jakewell Tai Wai Shop with the comfirm message and the YOYO stroller in the submitted picture. The participants will lost the right to receive the price if they can not arrived at the specified time.

9. 如領獎當天因天氣情況或任何突發因素無法如期進行，Jakewell 有權決定取消、終止、修改或暫停當日安排。本專頁保留決定及更改活動內容之權利而不作另行通知。如有任何爭議，Jakewell保留最終決定權。

    If the event cannot be held as scheduled due to unexpected factors, Jakewell reserves the right to cancel, terminate, amend, or suspend the event.
