Duration of the Manufacturer's Warranty
Each manufacturer’s warranty lasts different durations which stated against each product, starting from the date of purchase.
Conditions for Manufacturer's Warranty
In order to rely on this manufacturer’s warranty, proof of purchase by presenting the original, copy or photo of invoice or the print-out of online order invoice is required to evidence the first purchase and all subsequent replacements.
Products in not covered under the Manufacturer's Warranty
- Product that has been stored/installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products;
- Product has not been used in accordance with the user manual or Instructions that accompanies the product;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Damage caused by impacts or accidents;
- Damages caused by external factors;
- Display or discounted products;
- Product without the original, copy or photo of sales invoice.
- Products have not been purchased from authorized Hong Kong retailers.
Warranty claims
The manufacturer’s warranty is not transferable in any case and can only be used by the first owner of the product. In case of claiming the manufacturer’s warranty, the customer must report any defect to the Authorized Hong Kong or Macau retailer within seven days of its discovery.

The following mattresses entitle to 1-year manufacturer's warranty.

This warranty applies to domestic use only and covers structural manufacturing defects.
What is not covered under this manufacturer's warranty?
- Mattress has been stored incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products;
- Mattress has not been used in accordance with the user manual or Instructions that accompanies the product;
- Normal wear and tear for the mattress, such as impressions, cuts or scratches, inappropriate bending, damage caused by impacts or accidents
- Damages caused by external factors, such as exposure to the sun, dampness, mites or water stains etc
- Display or discounted products
- Product without the original, copy or photo of sales invoice.
- Warranty does not apply to mattress that is not listed above
- Products have not been purchased from authorized Hong Kong retailers.

This warranty applies to domestic use only and covers structural manufacturing defects.
What is not covered under this manufacturer's warranty?
- Product has been stored/assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products;
- Product has not been used in accordance with the user manual or Instructions that accompanies the product;
- Normal wear and tear for the mattress, such as impressions, cuts or scratches, inappropriate bending, damage caused by impacts or accidents
- Damages caused by external factors, such as exposure to the sun, dampness, mites or water stains etc
- In case of overloading of product
- Display or discounted products
- Product without the original, copy or photo of sales invoice.
- Products have not been purchased from authorized Hong Kong retailers.

This warranty applies to domestic use only and covers structural manufacturing defects.
What is not covered under this manufacturer's warranty?
- Product has been stored/assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products;
- Product has not been used in accordance with the user manual or Instructions that accompanies the product;
- Normal wear and tear for the mattress, such as impressions, cuts or scratches, inappropriate bending, damage caused by impacts or accidents
- Damages caused by external factors, such as exposure to the sun, dampness, mites or water stains etc
- In case of overloading of product
- In case of minor variations in materials such as colour differences.
- Display or discounted products
- Product without the original, copy or photo of sales invoice.
- Products have not been purchased from authorized Hong Kong retailers.

Part or model specifications are subject to change without notice. This Limited Warranty is the only warranty for the product. ALL WARRANTIES OTHER THAN STATED HEREIN ARE DISCLAIMED INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE EXTENT ALLOWABLE BY APPLICABLE LAW. ALL LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED, TO THE EXTENT ALLOWABLE BY APPLICABLE LAW. The only uses for this product are described in this manual. Warranty registration is not required. The Limited Warranty extends only to the original consumer and is not transferable to anyone else.
What does this Limited Warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for all parts of the product except those indicated below as not warranted.
What must you do to keep the Limited Warranty in effect?
This Limited Warranty is effective only if:
- Product is completely and correctly assembled.
- Product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose (see the following section for excluded activities).
- Product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments.
- Product is used for general transportation and recreational use only.
What is not covered by this Limited Warranty?
This product is designed for recreational use only. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, normal maintenance items, or any damage, failure, or loss that is caused by improper assembly, maintenance, adjustment, storage, or use of the product. This Limited Warranty does not extend to future performance.
- Failure to install/use in accordance with the instructions.
- Failures caused by unexpected events.
- Modified by a non-designated repair shop or privately, and replacement of non-original parts
- Operating for rental or abnormal use
- Due to the consumption of consumables, proper maintenance or replacement is not carried out in time, resulting in failure and damage of other parts
- The tire is punctured by a sharp foreign object, resulting in a flat tire or a puncture
This Limited Warranty will be void if the product is ever:
- Used in any competitive sport
- Used for stunt riding, jumping, aerobatics or similar activity
- Modified in any way
- Modified with the addition of a motor
- Ridden by more than one person at a time
- Rented, sold, or given away
- Used in a manner contrary to the instructions and warnings in the Owner’s Manual

What will the Manufacturer do?
Manufacturer’s sole and exclusive obligation under this Limited Warranty is to repair and/or replace, at its sole option, any covered defect in workmanship or materials.
